As our juices are perishables, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reasons under any circumstances. However, if there are missing juices or products from your order, the shipment is damaged, or you received the wrong items, please send us photo documentation within 12 hours of receipt in order to process a replacement for missing/damaged items only and schedule another reshipment. If it is in fact Wild Child Fresh Juice’s error, we will gladly replace the product at no cost to you.
When we release your products to the carrier, we expect them to deliver them in the same conditon sent and in a timely manner. If at any point, your order is delayed and not delivered on time causing damage or spoilage to your order, please email us at wild.child.fresh.juice@gmail.com and we will be glad to assist you with the steps to ensure we resolve the issue and get you a new package.
